I’m NIL Doctor, a Cleveland-based consultant serving student athletes and families across Ohio, Florida, Georgia, and Illinois. I specialize in protecting the name, image, and likeness rights of Black student athletes in high school and college, while supporting families in youth sports and entertainment. Through contract review, brand development, financial literacy, and advocacy, I help athletes and their parents make informed decisions, build lasting value, and navigate opportunities with clarity and confidence. My work is rooted in cultural understanding and a deep commitment to legacy, equity, and real support. If you’re looking for guidance from someone who shares your values and knows the system, contact me at [email protected] or (954) 296-5492.
I founded NIL Doctor to create more than just a representation agency—I wanted a place where student athletes receive guidance that truly prepares them for life beyond the game. My approach centers on education and cultural understanding, recognizing that success comes from much more than contracts alone. I focus on helping athletes build authentic brands, develop financial skills, and plan for long-term wealth, all while honoring their values and community. With a family-centered mindset and connections to Black-owned businesses, I open doors to opportunities others may overlook. My goal is to advocate for dreams, provide meaningful education, and empower athletes to create legacies that last.
I provide brand building, financial education, and wealth planning designed to prepare athletes for sustainable success beyond sports. My approach ensures that families understand how to manage income, make informed financial decisions, and create long-term stability. I work closely with each client to align opportunities with their values, helping them protect their image while maximizing potential.
I assist with academic readiness, recruitment navigation, and smooth transitions to collegiate and professional athletic careers. From identifying the right schools to preparing for outreach and eligibility, I help student athletes and their families approach every step with clarity and preparation. I also offer guidance through major milestones like showcases, scholarships, and professional entry points.
Through speaking engagements and workshops, I empower families with knowledge and advocacy to navigate the NIL landscape confidently. I create spaces where complex topics are made understandable, and where questions are welcomed and answered honestly. These events are tailored to meet the specific needs of Black families in youth sports, with an emphasis on cultural awareness and real-world solutions.
